Fast line speeds limit time in the danger zone as well as increase efficiency and productivity on the job. Cables can be under-wound to minimize strain on the winch, or overwound reducing risk of damage to the load. Many models can be either foot or side mounted for adaptability and ease of maintenance.

CHINAMFG Winch Hydraulic Planetary Winches are tested and certified to operate in temperatures from -40° F to 120° F. Our winches offer easy, fast free spooling with only 132 lbs (60kg). resistance at -35ºF and can be operated by air or manually, providing fast line payout and reducing wear on components. For drilling rig hydraulic winch, now we supply the winch for about 20 drilling rig factory. Most of the winch is 0.8 ton, 1 ton , 1.5 ton, 2 ton, and 3 ton. Every year, we provide these type winch for drilling rig factory about 2000 sets. All of our winch is planetary gear winch, the winch consist of drum, flange, support frame, gear reducer, brake,hydraulic motor,etc. For towing winch, there is manual clutch. For hoist winch, free fall winch, there is hydraulic oil control clutch. Every component is manufactured by our own factory, warranty 1 year. If there is any problem in warranty, we provide free spare part.
